Jen is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate  in the state of Texas. She earned her master’s degree in counseling from Southern Methodist University and her undergraduate degree in early childhood education from Clemson University. Jen has received training in therapeutic parenting, activity therapy, family therapy, couples therapy, individual therapy, and group therapy.


Jen has experience working with groups, adolescents and families from her work at Momentous Institute during graduate school. Prior to pursuing a master’s Jen worked in elementary education for 5 years where she served as a 3rd grade teacher as well a 3rd-5th grade interventionist. She also has been teaching fitness classes regularly since 2018.


Jen believes that the therapeutic relationship is the strongest agent of change, and that working in constant collaboration with both schools and families helps ensure success.
